Merchant FAQ

There is no fixed pricing model. At MonthMart, we believe in building sustainable partnerships rather than applying blanket fees.

All platform fees, commissions, and transaction costs are determined through a custom agreement between our administration team and your business. Once your store is approved, our onboarding team will work with you to finalize a tailored agreement that aligns with your specific industry, transaction volume, and operational needs.

Our advanced QBWC integration allows real-time synchronization between your local QuickBooks Desktop application and your MonthMart storefront.

Setup Steps:
  1. Navigate to Sync Hub in your Merchant Portal.
  2. Click Generate New QWC File and download it to the computer running QuickBooks.
  3. Open QuickBooks Desktop (ensure you are logged in as Admin in Single User Mode for the first setup).
  4. Double-click the downloaded .qwc file to open the Web Connector.
  5. Authorize the application and enter the password provided in your MonthMart dashboard.

If you are tracking inventory via QuickBooks, stock levels update automatically. If managing manually, navigate to your My Products page. Products whose stock reaches 0 will automatically be marked "Out of Stock" for customers, preventing new orders until you replenish the quantity. You can view items requiring attention in the Low Stock dashboard view.

Customer FAQ

You can communicate with merchants securely through our built-in messaging system. Go to the merchant's storefront and click "Send Message", or navigate to the Messages tab in your dashboard to continue existing conversations. To prevent spam, you are limited to initiating contact with 5 new merchants per day.

No. To maintain the integrity of our marketplace and prevent fake reviews, MonthMart enforces a strict Verified Purchase Policy. You can only rate and review a merchant after you have successfully completed an order and it has been marked as "Delivered".

Our Commitment to Security

MonthMart employs enterprise-grade security to ensure your data, transactions, and privacy are protected. We utilize multi-layered defense systems, including active threat monitoring, encrypted data streams, and robust access controls.

End-to-End Encryption Bot Mitigation Device Tracking

For administrative and highly privileged accounts, we enforce a Secondary Password protocol. After standard login, you must provide a distinct secondary PIN or utilize hardware passkeys (WebAuthn/Biometrics) to access sensitive areas of the application.

Navigate to your Profile > Security Devices. From there, you can instantly view all active sessions and click "Revoke All Other Devices". This will instantly terminate any sessions connected to your account on other computers or phones. We also recommend changing your password immediately.
