Merchant FAQ
There is no fixed pricing model. At MonthMart, we believe in building sustainable partnerships rather than applying blanket fees.
All platform fees, commissions, and transaction costs are determined through a custom agreement between our administration team and your business. Once your store is approved, our onboarding team will work with you to finalize a tailored agreement that aligns with your specific industry, transaction volume, and operational needs.
Setup Steps:
- Navigate to Sync Hub in your Merchant Portal.
- Click Generate New QWC File and download it to the computer running QuickBooks.
- Open QuickBooks Desktop (ensure you are logged in as Admin in Single User Mode for the first setup).
- Double-click the downloaded
.qwcfile to open the Web Connector. - Authorize the application and enter the password provided in your MonthMart dashboard.
